Video object tracking

The Imint Live Object Tracker 2.0 is an ultra-fast software video tracker designed and optimized to meet the most demanding requirements posed by embedded system environments. It is the result of years of research and development and has been proven in environments as dispersed as in smartphones as well as in airline tracking. Of all its features, the most unique is its ultra-fast processing time. As low as down to 3 milliseconds per frame processed on a single core can be achieved on today’s typical smartphone device, which can make it highly power efficient, or usable in extreme video applications where it in theory can track objects in up to 300 frames per second.
The tracker software module is designed as an enabler component and can be configured to function in a wide range of applications. It is easily integrated in its target environment thanks to the well packaged and documented C++ API.
